Missing or Delayed Orders?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, don’t worry! Sometimes, courier delays happen. If it’s been more than 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@britishpets.uk, and we’ll be happy to help!

Wrong Address?

If you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us ASAP before your order ships. Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we are unable to make address changes.
